  1. "Vegetarian diet" is not consumption of animals, only food from the earth and trees. But this is not the only way to eat healthy because the same minerals, nutrients and vitamins in vegetables and fruits are found in meat. We cannot see evil eating meat (Acts 10: 10-15), (Genesis 9: 2-3) and much less judge those who do (Romans 14: 2-3).Neither is it wrong to eat vegetables but you have to maintain a balance and respect for the preferences of others.

  2. 1) Well based on the video the vegetarian diet is very difficult in the begin because the healthy food is most expensive that fast food
2)not it's just have a balance with the meat and find healthiest way to eat with the meat in the diet
3)that you know new things about the vegatables and vitamins that them have
4)depends of the person why? well for example a person that need vitamins that only the animals have and the vegetables not, means a problem in the diet
5)the healthy diets cost more because the fast food is more cheapper and the vitamins B12 doesn't find in vegetables only in animals and it's mean that person needs buy this vitamins because it's important
6)Not, all vegetables have diferents vitamins and nutrients

    1. Based on the video, What does a “vegetarian diet” mean?

It is a strict diet based on consuming only fruits and vegetables, avoiding all foods of animal origin

    2. Is the vegetarian diet automatically the healthiest way to eat?

No, the vegetarian diet is not the healthiest way to eat, as presented in the video, this diet has its advantages and disadvantages in health.

A 2014 study of individuals who subscribed to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle found that they were more likely to be in “poorer health” than those who did not, mostly due to back of essential nutrients found in their diets.

However, not everything is bad, because the same study also found that there are some benefits to not eating meat and that, overall, vegetarians and vegans had a lower BMI than meat eaters.

    3. What’s so good about a vegetarian diet?

Vegetarians tend to be thinner, tend to have less, consume less cholesterol and eat more fiber which means that their arteries and colon will be less clogged. A vegan diet can be incredibly beneficial for many people looking to improve their overall health.

A vegetarian diet is associated with many health benefits because of it is higher content of fiber, folic, acids, vitamins C and E, potassium, magnesium, and many phytochemicals and a fat content that is more unsaturated.

A vegetarian diet can improve your overall mood in the short term and might protect you from dying of a heart attack.

A Good vegetarian diet is rich in less consumed vitamins and minerals.

    4. Are vegetarians really healthier in the long-run?

Yes, there is even growing evidence that suggests that a vegetarian or vegan diet can protect us from several horrible diseases, particularly heart disease.

    1. Does it cost more or less to eat vegetarian?

Eating vegetarian is more expensive, considering that organic fruits and vegetables are more expensive.

    2. Are all Vegeterian essentially equal?

Not, vegetables are composed of different types of nutrients this makes the difference

  9. Should people become vegetarian?
I understand that it is a decision that corresponds to everyone, by reading this article, I find several valid reasons for this, such as:
Pro number 3 A vegetarian diet offers complete nutrition and improves health, Pro 5
Pro number 5 A vegetarian diet reduces the chances of developing kidney stones and gallstones, Pro number 9 Eating meat increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. This disease is the cause of poor health or death in many people around the world, Pro 14 A vegetarian diet conserves water.
But, on the other hand, our body needs vitamins and minerals that are provided by different types of meat, such as iron, zinc and B vitamins, among others.
For this reason I understand more convenient or healthy eating meat.
As for who lives longer, both parties argue good reasons, with scientific studies, but I think that one style or another causes a great difference in the years of lives that people can live (With 10, study conducted on April 11 From 2005 by the German Cancer Research Center compared health-conscious meat consumers with vegetarians, there were no differences in overall mortality rates.)
In the person who prefers to eat meat, perhaps for culture, also for pleasure (better taste), perhaps a correct balance would be ideal, not to go to one extreme or the other.
In recent years, the vegan lifestyle has gained more strength, including celebrities from movies, music, television, camp and in favor of this lifestyle.

  10. In my opinion, as many vegetables as meats are important for the organism, the proteins of animal origin, help the body to function properly, if they are removed they must be covered with another type of protein, the meat contains certain nutrients such as iron, Creatine, zinc, amino acids and vitamin B12 that are of great importance for the creation of muscles, the deficiency of this type of nutrients can cause: irritability, decreased immune system function, neurotransmitter imbalances, anemia, depression and anxiety.
Vegetables provide many nutritional benefits and prevent diseases. They are especially important because they regulate intestinal transit and because the vitamins they provide modulate many metabolic processes. All vegetables have a high percentage of water, and also stand out for their content of carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. However, they have very few proteins and fats.
So both are important for our body ...

They contain minerals, Vitamins and fiber The consumption of vegetables helps to improve and strengthen the defenses, giving us the necessary weapons to fight diseases are easily digested. They do not produce stomach heaviness and help prevent constipation benefit the strengthening of the bacterial and improve circulation, dark green vegetables, such as spinach, broccoli, chard and pumpkin are rich in calcium are necessary for good health in the bones and teeth that my opinion on the subject thanks.

A vegetarian diet means not to eat meat at all and in most cases, stop eating food from animal origins. Being vegetarian is not necessary the healthiest way to eat, because you may do it not correctly, it may be unhealthy for you, because you stop receiving a lot of animal nutrients and vitamins that you got before with the meat, so you have to be careful with the diet and be sure to consume all the vitamins that you need.

In most cases, it is most expensive than we think, because it is more difficult to get fresh food than than precessed one, also, now is very popular to eat imported food from other countries and it cost a lot of money to transport it.

Having a vegetarian diet can be very good because of all the nutrients and vitamins you can get from vegetals and fruits, also, the quantity of trans fats is lower than the ones you can find on meat diets. Thats why vegetarians can be a healthier people in the long-run, for example, they can be save from dying of a heart attack and other disseases that can be produced by eating high quantities of meat.

In my opinion, being vegetarian is very difficult, but I think is necessary because it can help us, the animals and the environment. If people want to do it, they have to do it carefully because to do it well.
